PeacemakerSailingDear Friends,

We have a wonderful opportunity to invite you to our home if you live in the Great Lakes area. Our Tall Ship called the Peacemaker will be visiting ports in all the Great Lakes (and the St. Lawrence Seaway) during the months of June through September. We live aboard and our crew, made up of many of our homeschooled children, would like so much to meet you in person.

PeacemakerSettingSailPlease take the opportunity and come and see us at one of the ports of call. You can learn more about our ship and why we built it from our Peacemaker website: www.peacemakermarine.com.

Through June 2, 2013, we will be in Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada, followed by three more Canadian ports. Starting July 4, we will be in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by other American ports. August 23 finds us back in Canada at Midland, Ontario. The complete itinerary is reproduced below.

We teach many skills in the environment of sailing a tall ship and we’d love to show you around. The events are sponsored by the Tall Ship Association so there is a charge for the events, but it is quite interesting to see all the ships in port.

See you there!
Chet Dufford, for the Peacemaker and the Communities of the Twelve Tribes.
